A bit of healthy food porn…

My new found love of eating healthily continues. It has made me feel better physically and mentally. I do have to go back to the doctors for some blood results I had taken a few weeks ago, but I do feel fine in general. Fingers crossed it is nothing serious and just routine. 

Anyway, I have been progressing with my Protein World shakes and I feel great for the weight loss. I now weigh 8 stone 6lbs! My aim now is to tone up as much as possible with my Charlotte Crosby 3 Minute Belly Blitz DVD and my own researched ‘at home’ exercises. 

Here are some nutritious and delicious dinners I have done for myself and my other half…enjoy!

   
         

I do probably have more than the recommended 400-500 calorie food allowance sometimes, but I walk to and from work (25 minutes each way) and I am on my feet all day due to the nature of my job. My snacks are healthy (fruit and water).
